Internally heated hot dip galvanizing furnace

Internally heated ceramic zinc pot is composed of a pot body, a ceramic heater and a temperature control system. The pot body is composed of three layers of composite insulation body and the pot body frame.

The appearance design is the pot mouth is a plane type, the heater is arranged vertically and uniformly around the inside, to ensure the temperature of zinc liquid is even, easy to operate and maintain, improve production efficiency, safe and reliable operation.

The pot body frame is made of high quality steel welded together, the steel surface is treated with special anticorrosion process, the appearance is beautiful and the service life is long.

Successfully apply Ultrasonic cleaning to our Steel Wire Hot-dip Galvanizing Continuous Line, replace the traditional degreasing and pickling process. Advantage: The solution can be recycled, no pollution to be discharged;To reach the same production capacity, the occupied area is less than traditional pickling bath; No acid mist in the workshop, safe for workers and reduce the damage to workshop.
