By the end of the year, the steel industry will have achieved high standards and ultra-low overall emissions. All 505 industrial kiln renovation projects included in the annual plan have achieved stable emission standards. Existing enterprises in the petrochemical, chemical, nonferrous metals, cement, coking and other industries in the province fully implement the special emission limits of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, particulate matter and VOC. Organize and carry out the "green island" construction pilot project, and promote the centralized spraying engineering center in all cities and counties where conditions permit. We will vigorously cultivate exempted enterprises, guide them in improving their pollution control, and include all enterprises that are leading in environmental protection in the list of exempted enterprises.
